Country Villa Estate
A tranquil retreat just 15 minutes from the city center, Country Villa Estate is truly a slice of paradise.
The Country Villa was a heritage three-bedroom Victorian style villa originally built in 1906 in Epsom Auckland. It was purchased and transported to Rotorua in 1997 where it underwent major renovation and restoration work and adding all modern comforts.
With the intention to develop the building into a boutique luxury bed and breakfast, three new double bedroom en-suites were constructed downstairs, which were given the names of Rose Room, Verdi Room and Country Room.
All rooms have tranquil and beautiful garden views. One of these is suitable for any guests with mobility challenges.
A two-bed room family suite with shared bathroom was built upstairs, as well as a self-contained loft room with a small kitchenette and separate entrance.
