Rotorua is an ideal base from which to explore the region, and Woodberry Farm understands when travellers say they’ve gotten tired of the motel/hotel experience, and want a home away from home. With plenty of room around the accommodation and no immediate neighbours, Woodberry provides privacy and exclusivity.

The Homestead is a spacious three-bedroom house for larger groups up to nine people.
Cute and cosy to a budget is The Annex which sleeps four.
The Hub is a funky accommodation option for up to eight people.
The Cottage and Scandinavian Pod sleep two in the one-bedroom cottage and two in the Pod.
All options offer a unique set of amenities, price range and options. Rent just one or the whole place. Great for a group of mountain bikers (the famous Whakarewarewa Forest mountain biking trails are just a 15-minute drive away) or large family celebrating an event (total number hostable is 25).
