Guido, a Swiss baker, and his team create artisan goods the way they have been made in his family for generations. Sourdough breads, donuts, cinnamon rolls, pastries, pies – all made in small batches seven days a week in the two bakeries in Rotorua. You'll also find Guidough's baked goods at several local restaurants and cafés including Secret Spot Hot Tubs.
